At Tomlinson's Feed, we want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are unworn with original tags attached and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
